Refund Policy

Cancellation by Participant:

Events and Classes:

  • Full Refund: Requests for refunds must be made at least 14 days prior to the scheduled start date of the event or class. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of the request.

  • Partial Refund: If cancellation occurs less than 14 days but more than 7 days before the event or class, a 50% refund will be issued.

  • No Refund: No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 7 days before the start date of the event or class.

Membership Fees:

  • Full Refund: Members who wish to cancel their membership may request a full refund within 30 days of the initial registration or renewal date.

  • No Refund: No refunds will be issued after 90 days from the membership start date, or if any member benefits have been utilized.

Cancellation by KDCMF.org:

  • Full Refund: In the event that KDCMF.org cancels an event or class due to unforeseen circumstances, participants will be notified immediately and will receive a full refund within 7-10 business days.

  • Rescheduling: If an event or class is rescheduled, participants will have the option to transfer their registration to the new date or receive a full refund.

Non-attendance:

No Refund: Failure to attend an event or class without prior notification will not be eligible for a refund.

Processing Fees:

Fees: All refunds are subject to a processing fee, which will be deducted from the refund amount.

How to Request a Refund:

To request a refund, please email treasurer@kdcmf.org with your registration details and reason for the refund request

All refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at the time of registration.

 

Please allow 7-10 business days for the processing of refunds.
